  1. This volume is distributed on three diskettes.  The first diskette
  2. contains the file RFVDEM-1.ZIP.  The second diskette contains
  3. RFSPLIT.000, and the third contains RFSPLIT.001.  To create the zip file
  4. RFVDEM-2.ZIP, copy MAKEZIP.BAT and MERGE.EXE from the first diskette,
  5. RFSPLIT.000 from the second diskette, and RFSPLIT.001 from the third
  6. diskette to a common directory on your hardrive.  Type MAKEZIP to create
  7. the file, RFVDEM-2.ZIP.

  9. You many now use the unzip utility provided on the first diskette to
  10. dearchive RFVDEM-1.ZIP and RFVDEM-2.ZIP.
